I've been with this location for 3 years Gary the property manager has always explained everything in simple terms so that you know what you are signing and what it means . He returns phone calls promptly and if there is ever a concern he goes above and beyond to solve it!!! I highly recommend renting at this location!
The property Manager Gary is the best. It was a bit of a challenge because online allows you to book units that aren’t available and Gary handled this situation well. He was able to assist me and keep me as a customer with Public Storage. Great customer service and problem solving. Thanks
Price was low and the location is clean and overall great. However, I was renting a parking spot for my work van and according to their policy there can only be one vehicle per parking spot. This is impractical for me because I need to drive there, switch out vehicles, leave my car and take the van. That is impossible with the current policy they have in place. So I had to park at Lowe’s, walk there, then take the van. Was only there for half a year, when I started using the van more often I had to leave. Which was unfortunate, because overall it’s a good location.
