Update Feb 2021: New facility manager Victor is very helpful.nnExcellent on-site facility manager John, and others. This facility is always clean and secure. The inside unit is always cool and dry and well lit, and push carts are available for loading/unloading. The facility has a coded gate for entry and exit, and it is always operational. Inside the gated area is clean with easy access to all storage units.
We needed a climate control unit near our home for a few months and we had the pleasure of contacting Victor at this property. He was very professional, helpful and showed us the units that were available. Property is clean and will fill our needs. Victor was very helpful getting us the unit we needed and getting the paperwork completed. He ask if he could help or do anything that would make our move in easier...that's support and people you want to do business with. I would recommend using this property for your storage needs and getting Victor's help getting you moved in.

Our family has been using Public Storage for years and this is our best experience so far. Victor has made it really easy to keep using this location with his prompt help whenever we need it. We had some issues with our door and he kept following up with us until it was fixed. Truly great customer service.
From entering the facility to going to the storage locker for the first time I could tell Victor managed the facility with professionalism and courtesy. We had an indoor unit and the floorplate was easy to navigate and the area was clean and neat. A handcart was available in the building so it was easy to haul items in and out of our locker. When it was time to downsize, Victor kept us informed on smaller units that became available which helped the finances for our non profit organization. Again thanks to Victor for all his help and to the facility that was safe and clean.
