Only thing that would make it better are a few pics of the stylists work.
First experience was great and straightforward Second experience, I made an appointment for 5pm, showed up right on time and both stylists were busy which is fine. They asked whether I had a preference on stylist, I said no. However, their 5:20 appt arrived on time and they took him before me. At 5:30pm i left because it would be at least another 20 mins.
I have had my hair cut and colored here several times. I have very dark hair and team of colourists did a good job at lightning hair and adding colors.
Booked appointment online only to show up and have the salon completely closed. Please be more forthcoming about closures.
I went in because the sign on the window said "No Wait" came to find out that I would have to wait about 30 minutes...I told them to take the sign out of the window but that I would be willing to wait. I then watched a couple of guests that had appointments get In ahead of me...that's ok, I understand that's why they make appointments, but then another lady who didn't have an appointment got checked in after me. Guess what??? They decided to take her ahead of me. That's when they lost me and my wife and all three of my kids as customers. Have a great day!!!
