I used JJ App to place a catering order. App was not user friendly as I had to customize each and every sandwich. There was no way for me to customize one and apply to all. Even the summary after the order is placed is very confusing. When sandwiches were served to my guests, some had meat. I called the restaurant but was told by Alan that sandwiches were prepared as per the order ticket. In frustration I hung up the phone. Alan called me back and asked me to come back and pick up the sandwiches. Alan was very calm during the entire 2 phone calls, Very respectful and had customer first attitude. He saved my day. I wish everyone has attitude and aptitude like Alan. Thank you Alan and Jimmy Johns, Peachtree Pkwy, Suwanee
