We recently had Susan and her team set up a family trust for us. After losing my mother in December we wanted to make the process easier for my family in the future. Susan spent time with us going over all of our options and never pressured us in any way. She made the process easy to understand very painless. I would strongly recommend her service to anyone.

Susan and her staff were wonderful in helping us with estate planning, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, etc. Susan was very patient with us and was also extremely knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and making sure we understood and were comfortable with all the decisions we made. We met first with Susan after a referral from a business associate I've trusted for years. She and the firm did not disappoint. Everyone we dealt with from Ellen, Madeline and all were highly professional, patient, understanding and responsive. In today's culture where multiple calls are sometimes needed to get answers, this was a refreshing experience.
