The fastest Starbucks drive through I have ever been too. Line always moves quickly (I go to this one about 3x a week). Always pleasant staff. Not sure why people are complaining about the size of the place, you can tell by the outside that it's a smaller Starbucks. That shouldn't have an effect on the rating in my opinion.
The staff is nice but they consistently get my order wrong. I never know if I got what I actually ordered, the extras I pay an arm and a leg for. If they can't read NO WHIP, how can I be sure they used almond milk as I requested?
This is the Starbucks I visit most often. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. Never had a bad experience here.
I have a Starbucks credit card and sometimes they give out 2 free drinks on every weekend for a certain month. I even get emails about it and the rewards apply to my Starbucks app. For some reason, this location and their manager never knew that this was a thing. I didn't make it up, Starbucks emailed me about it. I have to go over it with them every time when I tell them I got the free drinks as a gift b/c I was a Starbucks credit card holder. The credit card emails never said I can only get 1 drink a day. But this location never wants to give me the 2 free drinks on the same day. I asked what about separate transactions then, and the manager said no. I don't know what the manager's problem is here.
