Mayra is the best . She took the time out of closing to help me get into my unit. She also made sure that I didn’t over pay for a new lock . Her customer service skills are extraordinary. If you are looking to rent a unit or have any questions make sure you ask for ms. Mayra !!!
Myra truly was the most pleasant and amazing employee I’ve EVER encountered. As a business owner I would hire her in a heartbeat! Hopeful that the units will be just as good as her service.
Myra was so helpful and explained everything to us. She is very patient and helped us select the appropriate unit that we need to store our belongings, where we would have enough space. She made us feel comfortable and assured us that our belongings would be safe and secure.
Mayra assisted me with my move in and move out. I was really concerned that I would be charged for the month although I had cleaned the unit out. She called me and was very professional. Her customer service was impeccable. I don't care if I had a bad experience with a service (which I didn't) if your attitude is great I can work with that. My card was not charged so again she was great.
One star is too much for this place. The place is nothing but RATS and Leaking units. This place is beyond horrible. Management and corporate office were unwilling to do anything about any of my problems and expect you to deal with whatever is convenient for them. I will never ever rent from them again and hope nobody else does. This is the worst storage place in the area. Please do not use them!!! I can't begin to tell you what an awful experience you will have is you use this facility. BEWARE!!!!
