My insurance called this company for a tow. I waited for over 2 and a half hours for this company. Cops came and threatened to take my car so we gave them a call. The man on the phone tells me that another driver was just finishing a job and that because of the cops being there, he would try to put a rush on it. Long story short, they still never came and even were garbage enough to stop answering the phones. Spend your money elsewhere and with actual professionals, RBS a joke!

Dont use these guys. One of their drivers stole my watch and when i called the gentleman had a terrible attitude and mocked me about the situation. Dont trust them. This business should be dissolved
Insurance called them thru roadside asstiance to tow my daughter's boyfriend's truck. Was told 30 to 45 mins. 2 plus hours later. Still no truck. No call. No nothing. Went with another tow company and was there in 20 mins. Based on this, would not recommend.
I just needed my car moved from the street in front of the house to my driveway. I chose RBS because they were not too far from me. I called about 12:45 and the man said they'd be there within the hour but actually didn't arrive until closer to 3. Not a big problem cuz I wasn't on the side of the road or anything. anyway when the gentleman came he was very quick and actually told me something that was possibly wrong with the car, why it wouldn't move and got it moved in my driveway pretty quickly, no complaints.nnMy only issue is the charge $50 just to go from the street to the driveway. I thought that was a little much.
