Rude rude and disrespectful.... FIRST! they advertise they are open 24 hours. I was traveling from Ohio to Georgia and needed to find storage or at least compare prices so I called. The lady on the phone first lead with “hello” I did not get the name of the company, just “hello” and kept saying “hello” as if she’s answering a personal call. THEN, she asked me why was I calling at 11p for a storage unit. I told her that I saw they are open 24 hours so I called. After that, she was annoyed that I called and barely wanted to answer my questions. I ended up telling her I’ll call back seeing she’s irritated. IF YOU’RE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS THEN DON’T ADVERTISE THAT YOU ARE......
