It's ok

Had ordered online through the app, once I get to the Mcdonalds the drive through was closed. After the app had already charged me and placed the order. I decide to park and go inside, fortunately the door was open I simply wanted to make sure it was closed and not a mistake, the manager was cleaning and confirmed me store was closed he had just forgotten to lock the door. I told him my situation and explained I had ordered and money had been charged through the app. Manager did not even offer me another option I understand that is not his problem but being the 'Manager" you would expect him to empathize and offer me a number to call and get a refund or a discount on my next visit or simply another option. His response was simply sorry we are closed giving me attitude.

The second drive thru window employee was extremely disrespectful. Rudely slammed the window without properly closing the transaction. Then refused to open the window when attempting to get their attention for napkins and straws.

People were nicer than some of the McDonald's I've been two. Food was made in a timely manner.

Convenient more than anything. Not great customer service skills but it's ok
