Got the job done for my daughter on a walk in when we couldn't find a place to take us ,but only by appointment. They are great for just an unscheduled walk in.

A good place to go get a haircut
I was told over the phone there was no wait time. I arrived at the same time as another family and the lady at the desk told me there would still be no wait time. Two teenagers arrived a few minutes later. I sat for 10 minutes without hearing of when I was going up. One of the stylists finished cutting a gentleman's hair, received payment, and then started cutting one of the teenagers' hairs. I was never told why no wait time turned into over ten minutes. I left because of a time crunch after that. Worst service I have received in a long time. I was trying to get a quick cut before a meeting I had and they completely wasted my time.
