This little Caesars, by far, has the worst consistent customer service. They are nasty about the 2 person limit. They say there's no waiting in the lobby but always have guest waiting, while the rest of us wait in the cold. On this evening, after dialysis, I tried to order a pizza with minor alterations (light cheese, well done) and she said that they don't do custom orders after 10p... its 10:04 and I had enough time to get in my car and write this review. They could have made my pizza but there focus was selling the pizzas already made
Food was hot and fresh and ordering from the app is a breeze. Don't like how they make you pay for dipping sauce and then don't end up having it. Take it off the app if you know your out!
We proactively ordered online then waited in the small lobby an entire hour after we arrived. Evidently the cook forgot to make the order - twice, even after being reminded by the manager.nThe manager or supervisor SHAMIRA was very accommodating and professional. She did her best to provide good customer service. I try really hard not to visit this location . I guess I'll have to try harder . This review is shared to give Shamira commendation for her efforts.
So unsatisfied! Ordered two crazy breads got home and they were flatter than pancakes, not even done and doughy. Got to do better guys.
Very affordable pizza, im a single mother of four. If you know good vale deal, always go for it. Whats better than a great price and good eats at the same time.nBest customer service here
