Del was amazing! H em was professional and friendly and had every tool he needed for the job! We were aware that our front is particularly difficult but Del was able to enter through our garage in no time! He said he’s 11 years undefeated and I believe him!
I placed a technician request at 11pm because I was locked out of my home, without shoes. The service communicated that a technician would call me shortly. I placed 4 calls to the company over the course of 2 hours and was told each time that a technician was en route & would call me in 5-10 minutes. When I called a 5th time I was told I needed to contact another company because they didn’t have any technicians in the area.
At 11:11 p.m. my friend made a call stating that she was locked out of her home. We both called no less than 5 times to inquire about the status and we kept being told that a technician was on the way or that we would receive a phone call with an ETA. At approximately 1:25 we called again and were notified that there were no technicians available in the area. We had been told something different from 5 different operators and the last one finally told us no one was available. DO NOT USE and I would never recommend this company to an enemy but especially not a friend.
This service was amazing! It was shipped right away and a perfect fit! I recommend everyone to try it.
Was locked out of my house and luckily there was a key on file!! Went from about to pay over $100 for a locksmith to just paying $5 for a new Key!! Soooo grateful my key was on file!!
