I called in my order and waited out in my car. They made my pizza and brought it out to my car.
I held a Birthday Party for my child and we had 30+ guests with plenty of room to move and be wild. The food was great and decently priced. I felt 100% welcome and satisfied with Round Table. I brought many decorations and toys from home and I was accommodated and comfortable. Staff and service was the best I could ask for. Thank you especially Jay and Anthony for serving great friendly service!
Called Richland Gage Round Table Pizza earlier today, very disappointed!!! They were so rude on the phone. Didn't order from them and will not in the future! Better do better employee training Round Table! Losing lots of business this way!!
Despite them cutting back on most of the lunch specials I still had a great experience at the South Richland location as I got to sit in the outdoor dining section, my server Tyler did a great job serving me, she's truly a great asset to Round Table Pizza as she is joyful & courteous the whole time I've had her, I've always liked the pizza at Round Table but Tyler made my experience a lot more fun & enjoyable.
We live an hour away, and try to visit Round Table everytime we are in town. We love the pizza and fresh salad bar lunch special. But especially the up beat attitude of the employees. The whole experience reeks of great management.
