I was really liking their sandwiches and their great service up until I noticed they are now charging a $2.00 delivery fee, and NO they were not charging that before this manufactured crisis hit. Why a delivery fee all of a sudden? Especially when people who are budgeting to get by are still spending money to help keep the business afloat. Drop the delivery fee or I'm no longer patronizing J.J.
Good sandwich, but wish they were oven heated like true Eastern sub sandwiches.
We were the only ones in the restaurant and it was literally the slowest service we've ever had.nWe ordered a #2 without lettuce b/c I can't eat lettuce and a #5.nWhen we got home, we found the #2 had lettuce, no tomatoes... Great job team!
They don’t do their jobs. I went to go use the restroom and had to wait 40 minutes for one of their workers to get out. She wasn’t even using the restroom she was on her phone.
Always awesome service. Since I don’t get a chance to leave work to get lunch, they are my Go to lunch/dinner. Food is fresh and fast. Thank you guys
