Disorganized and dysfunctional. I had a mobile order and arrived for pickup. I arrived at 10:05 p.m. I went through the line and arrived at the window. I gave them the last three digits of the order number. The window employee said to park in the curbside pickup spot and we'll bring you your order. Fifteen minutes went by and also there were several cars (6) waiting for there orders. An employee came out to retrieve order numbers from us. Another 10 minutes went by. Then I ask three employees where's my order. They were bringing orders out and going to different cars with no organization. Customers were frustrated by going to different cars with the wrong order. To conclude this, 45 minutes had went by and the employee finally said they didn't have that order. I waited 45 minutes to no avail, ridiculous! I told the employee, why didn't you tell me that you didn't have my order. No answer. I think they gave my order to another customer. I will never do another mobile order again there. There's such no thing as customer service. Sad!

I dropped to grab a quick small fry and 6 piece chicken nuggets on a Tuesday night and the wait was LONG because the service was SLOW! Never again. The food was good though and the workers were okay. The guy who took my order was nice and the girl who gave me my order was okay. The fries and nuggets were good.

I was there yesterday. Lines move quickly however the food was warm not hot. Also the fries we're like twigs! Horrible. That restaurant consistently just throws anything in your bag and if you're going through the drive-thru, it's a pain to get back out to go back to ask for fresh food or especially fries.
