Very professional!
First of all, the customer service is horrible. I pull up to the speaker and was greeted to a what you getting. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches fresh, but got two old spicy chicken sandwiches. You can’t succeed with a horrible attitude and incorrect food.
They have the worst customer service. And acts like you're bothering them when you ask for more of something or to just get your order correct. I had to double back twice because they left something out of my order. And then I wanted two orange juice added to my order. So when I got to the second window to pickup my order. I was told that I wasn't charged for it. When I asked to add it, she said that I would have to come in which didn't make since because I just saw someone pay for his whole order at that window because he bypass the 1st window. Going forward I will definitely be going on the other side of town. It's worth my sanity.
No Kiosk, otherwise it's good. Friendly
Took 12 minutes to get my food. I ordered one (1) combo meal.nnEdit: fries were good and the double quarter pounder was actually one of the best from McDonald's I've ever had.
