I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that own it are truly saints. My car was towed by them by the city and they went out of their way to help me. I would have lost my mother's ashes had they not personally retained my vehicle until I could afford to make arrangements to pay for the impound. You won't find a more helpful and compassionate tow yard in the tri cities or anywhere in my experience. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!
He was there with in 15 minutes and i was on my way in 30. Highly recommend
We really had given the tow truck operator a challenge. We had a Ford F 250 that had been driven partially off the front of a dolly. He was very patient and kind even considering the heat. Another towing company had turned us down when we asked for help. We will use Flatline again.
Not very good the only good thing about it was that the driver was extremely nice but he was very unorganized and sadly didn't do the job very well. He did it but not very well and took a long time. Speaking of long time the truck took 2 hours to get to my house really.
Got into an accident called flatline and they showed up within minutes very friendly and professional I would recommend to anyone that needs a tow!
