Tight place to back in, If there’s enough room can turn around and back in normally but in most cases have to back in from blindside, in and out within a hour, full load 53 reeferud83dude0e

Our broker messed up ud83dude20 so we arrived 4hours early. We called and they said it was ok for us to pull up to a dock although the staff wouldn’t be there until 0730. Around 0700 we got a wake up knock from an employee who took our paperwork.nnBecause our broker messed up ud83dude20 they had to pull a bunch of pallets off in order to get to the ones that were being dropped at Lanter. They charged $15 per pallet, paid for with a Comdata check. They were good about reloading the pallets in a new order so that we could go to our next stop without having to rearrange pallets again. Frikkin broker mess up! ud83dude20nnThere was additional confusion because they didn’t have two pallets on their list that were on our manifest to drop with them. That took a call to my dispatch, who then had the customer email Lanter approval to take the pallets.nnThrough all of this the employee who was offloading us was patient, which I appreciated.nnIf our broker hadn’t messed up ud83dude20 I’m pretty sure this would have been a smooth delivery.nnTheir parking lot is very tight. Blind backing is pretty much necessary, especially if you’re in a sleeper cab and/or have a 53’ trailer, which is what our setup is. Day cabs or shorter trailers may be able to turn around.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Lanter distribution shipped bugs in our product, (native to the area). This is not acceptable and the worst absolute worst case scenario when dealing with a food product. I would not recommend Lanter Distribution for anything related to food. There have also been frequent mistakes with our shipments.
