Don’t know what the bad reviews is all about. The young lady at the gate was nice and funny. I arrived 20 minutes early. I staged and was called within 15 minutes. Backed into door, left my paperwork in the back of trailer, took my gate pass to receiver. No issues. Was in and out in 2.5 hrs. When pulling out, 2 guys at gate was nice. All in all, a good experience
No stars. I pull up to the guard to check in and she looks at me and walks away I ask her if she open or closed she just stands there and looks at me. Then walks away so I back out pull into the next check in then she walks back to her booth and checks someone else in. Unprofessional as hell. I do not recommend delivering here.
The worse company ... those mother...... take to unload more than 5 hours ... f... then all . They don’t know how to work
convenient parking, but very long unloading
Rude security. Long lines. Very slow unloading. Appointment times a joke. No overnight parking. Organized crime outfit known as capstone (lumpers) will unload you.
