Kim was so awesome and so helpful! She helped with my storage lock and had me and my 3 month old cracking up on the phone. Highly recommend this location. She made me not even want to take my items out of the storage just so that I would have a reason to come by and see her !!!
I have enjoyed the best experience with Kim from this particular location so far and I'm still enjoying it. She calls and returns calls, making sure you know everything going on in a timely manner and I even had to switch my move in date to the NEXT DAY from a reservation I made for 10 days out. She handled it with ease and got me taken care of. Public Storage, she's a great one!
