The pharmacy staff at this Walgreen's location is exceptional! I was very impressed with their professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness during high traffic hours. Jayda did an awesome job of independently managing the pharmacy counter with prescription intake/distribution, reviewing and entering COVID vaccine patient information, monitoring COVID vaccine patients following injections, insurance questions, and fielding other customer questions. The entire pharmacy staff is FABULOUS!

Pharmacy department is horrible! Consistently long wait times, rude and unapologetic. I was charged for a 90 day supply of medicine but was only given half of that. Once it was time to refill, (45 days later) the staff simply dismissed my claim of receiving an inaccurate amount and basically told me I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted my medicine. Will be transferring all perceptions to CVS!

I recently ordered an item for in-store pickup. The online ordering portion was okay it was the actual pickup that was very disorganized. The instructions said to go to the photo counter for pickup, so I went to the counter and an associate came over to tell me that I needed to stand in line at the cashier's station instead. I stood in line and when it was my turn I told the cashier what I needed. She said oh, well let me check out some more people first then I'll retrieve the item because I have to go to the cabinet. I stood at the front of the line waiting for almost 20 minutes. Finally she paused to go get my item and the cabinet was literally next to the cashier's station. I was infuriated but kept my cool, grabbed my product and left. I will never do ship to store again much-less even order online from Walgreens again. It was too much of a hassle.

This use to be my favorite Walgreens about 2 to 3 years ago. Now the atmosphere, customer service and the product selection all fail at this location. My most recent experience today, I walked passed the employee that I had to leave my package with and they never said a word, they watched me look at them and didn't say a word. I pressed the button that calls for service they still never said a word. The call went out 5 times and 2 more people walked up before he casually walked over to accept my package. I still decided to look around the store for must have items there really wasn't any.

Very slow service in the pharmacy drive through and in store pickup. I have experienced delays at this location before. This time I had 1customer in front of me and sat behind them for 15 minutes. I have been sitting here 10 minutes and am still waiting......... This is after receiving a text informing that our prescription was ready. It should really be a pretty easy process.
