Keene Cuts Hair Salon

I never went to another person to cut my hair but due to the pandemic, I had to find another place for my hair cut. I found Keene cuts in Richland made my appointment and was in and out within an hour. I was very pleased with my hair cut.

Had to reiterate ,the best place in the valley for professionalism,friendly,prompt,and the best experience I have ever had getting a haircut.

My hair is completely uneven, and way shorter than I wanted. I asked for layers and to fix my bangs, and neither were done well. The layers are Very apparent, one part of my hair will be a full 4 or 5 INCHES above the piece right next to it. And my bangs were made worse in my opinion. The only nice thing about this place, is that she is very friendly, nice, and is doing a great job at keeping it clean. I went here because my hair was getting too long for me, and the reviews looked amazing. Everyone said the price was good, and she does an amazing job. For just a haircut, it was $45! I went here because I thought it was cheeper, but it’s even more money than the place I went to before, and by the way, the quality of the other place was phenomenal, and I left this place not loving my hair. I was hoping it’d get better if I straightened it. I came home, straightened it, and I still didn’t like it. I showered to make it fluffier because that has helped in the past when I’ve gotten my hair cut short. After my shower, I re-straightened it, and after doing All of that, I got a closer look at my hair and saw my Horrible layers. This was so bad, I spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to wear it, then cried for over an hour because I hated how I looked. I’d always Loved my hair, and was never insecure about it, until today. I am 15 going on 16, and I look 12. Also, I needed it to be longer because I am in dance, so I needed it long to be able to put it up, but now I can’t. All in all, the experience is good, but the quality is not, and at the end of the day, I paid for a haircut, not a conversation.

This was my first visit and I left totally impressed. The haircut was awesome and included a shampoo, scalp massage, and warm face towel. Rosariio is a perfectionist and makes certain that you leave looking and feeling your best! I found my new haircut home. Oh, did I mention that the price is VERY reasonable!
