If I could give this McDonald's a negative I would. This company couldn't understand a simple order. They took 10 minutes to gives us our food in the drive-thru. Then there was also 4 cars in front of us that didn't even have their yet. Then they told us we had the wrong order when we said we were missing one of our sandwiches. Then to proceed to argue with me saying we told them we had the wrong order. When clearly said that we were missing one sandwich. I would avoid this McDonald's at all cost . They need to be retrained on reading orders and listening.

I tried the new chicken sandwich. It was hot and fresh but it reminded me of a knock-off chick-fil-A. It tasted pretty decent all-in-all! I might join the crispy chicken train too!

I really dislike using my platform for a sounding-board for negativity. Thus mc Donald's attached to the shell location in Forest Park was not pleasing today the customer service was horrible. Why send me to order again if you are the one not responding to your microphone after numerous attempts with really long lines. I've visited this particular location on many occasions and have not ever had this issue. Next time if you know it's your fault and the lines are long don't tell the customer to go around in wait in line again it's called fast-food for a reason. Your job is to provide great service to the customers at a fast pace. Don't ever assume people won't notice bad attitudes and shady behaviors. Do your part to keep the franchise chain reputation a great experience.‼ufe0f

It was surprisingly fast this particular visit most of the time this location is slow and unprofessional. They rarely get your order 100% correct but today they was on it. They must have hired a new manager. I will go back to see if the improvements are consistent

Terrible. I asked them if they had cinnamon rolls, they said no. That’s fine. Then she asked if I would like to replace the apple slices with extra fries, I said yes. They never gave me extra fries. Then when I pulled up at the window, my father asked politely if they had cinnamon rolls. She said no rudely. Then we were leaving and she rolled her eyes. That’s not how you should treat your customers!!
