After shutting down from Covid, this location reopened the month of October without notice to its members. No text, email or call. Instead, members were charged for a monthly membership, when in fact many had annual memberships. This was their solution to closing, automatically canceling the annual memberships of customers, and putting them on a more expensive monthly membership that they do not allow refunds for. Poor customer service.
There is a good variety of cardio equipment and enough so that I don't have to wait. They also have weight machines and free weights. Personal trainers are available for an additional fee.
The woman at the front desk who is pregnant needs to learn how to properly respond in a friendly professional manner when asked a simple question. A smile is easy when you're getting paid to sit at a front desk. You're the first person people see when they walk in and the last to see when they leave. I'm a fitness professional who has been to every gym in the Tri Cities. I've never been treated so rude. Your attitude, body language, and glare on your face says a lot more than your answering a simple question. Btw...everyone likes paper towels. They were empty for two days. Maybe I was the hundredth person to complain. Looking forward to seeing this person every morning...
Great gym. The trainers are wonderful. Not too busy most of the time. Good music. Very clean and organized. Excellent value for my dollar.
Meh Very Expensive. It was alot cheaper but now very expensive. In no ways competitive cost wise...Stear Clear of planet fitness as well. That place is just a joke!
