Let me say the driver was friendly & courteous so no complaints there. The pizza sucked though. It was slightly warm and overall pretty gross. Hardly any toppings at all. I ordered red onions, mushroom & green peppers with pepperoni. Hard to find an onion or pepper on here. Very disappointed. Never been disappointed before with PH.

Terrible customer service, I was told that my pizzas would be ready in 10-15 min. I ended up waiting 30 min and when i got my pizza the order was wrong. I tried calling them to try and fix the issue and no surprise they didn't answer. I do not recommend, you might as well go to one of the better fast food places next door.

So, it's been 10 years since I last got pizza at the Pizza Hut in Ringgold because of poor quality and service.nYesterday was a no cook day, but Domino's on line ordering was down.nI quickly downloaded the Pizza Hut app and hoped for the best.nI am impressed with the app, it has a good look and is user friendly.nMy two pizzas arrived on time, exactly how I ordered them. The thin and crispy pizza had just the right crunch and chew. The pan pizza crust, I ordered the buttery, was perfect. They did not scimp on my toppings and both pizzas had the perfect amount of sauce.nFor those who want it, contactless delivery is an option.

I have never received such cold, hard food... waited for over an hr... had been traveling, so ordered for delivery... the Pizza Hut is 200 ft per google.... yet received cold hard food. Didn’t even eat it. Never will order from pizza hut again.
