Utilized their services during my refinance. I traveled to their office from Albany and they were able to accommodate me. They represented the bank. They were prompt courteous and kind. The atmosphere was well organized and we'll lit.

We have been using Blair Strain and Kevin Yackel for MANY, MANY YEARS (22 years, to be precise), as our attorneys on numerous and various real estate transactions. We cannot say enough GREAT THINGS ABOUT BLAIR STRAIN, KEVIN YACKEL AND THEIR OFFICE STAFF!! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and we would never consider using any other law office in the Camden County, Georgia area. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!

I was seller or property. Buyer picked attorney for closing. I was never contacted to verify details or to schedule closing. Buyer calls me and asks why I’m not at closing. I was never contacted once. 3 hours round trip driving for nothing. Very unproffesional office. No one there had a clue what was going on. The partner lawyer told me that a real estate agent should schedule closing. I started laughing. Avoid at all costs. You will regret if you don’t.

Went to change owner of the deed from my mom to my name. They never switched it over. Have called repeatedly, and are only told that the male attorney we spoke to probably forgot to file, they will look into it and call us back. This is ridiculous. They tell us they have no record of us ever coming in. Shady business, would not recommend.
