The manager was very accommodating and took care of an exchange for me. I explained that I didnt like the scent of a candle as it was lit. She explained that it could be returned for something else. The rest of the staff was very friendly also. I will definitely return.
It's is really nice. The people are always welcomen.
The absolute worst Bath and Body I've ever been to by far. The customer service is terrible and what made matters worse was the service I received was from the actual manager of the store. That manager should not be a manager period. I will not be returning. I would give negative stars if I could.
