Brian came out to give me a bid. It was higher than I expected but he explained the reasoning behind it. He seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I was excited to get him on the job. He informed me that I needed to pay half of the bill to book the appointment. I did. There was no communication at all. He finally responded after about my 4th message. The weather would not allow him to complete the install. I told him I understood and asked him to communicate with me when he would be able to get the job done. A month went by without a word from him. I asked for a refund as I found someone else who would do it for less and get it done that next weekend. Brian said he d get me a refund. That was over 2 months ago. My project is still not done because I can t pay the other electrician. Brian needs to work on communication with the homeowners he is working with. A simple message, email or call to let me know what was going on and when he would complete my project. I just want my money back.nUpdate! Brian refunded $972 of the $976.56 I paid ($127.38 was a tip I originally added). After my complaint to the BBB and Google back in March 2019 Brian gave me the $972 refund in May 2019.

Very experienced and enjoyable to work with. I needed some indoor/outdoor lights hung he made it look effortless and he was done quicker than he had originally projected saving me $.

Brian did a great job coming up with efficient solutions for some wiring challenges, and completed the work promptly.

Could not get them to follow thru on time commitment then when called on it lied then admit I was right later. Showed up to the house for the estimate gave us a estimate then said they could not give an estimate qoutes us timw labor far price but kept rescheduling our appointment finally had to tell them I could not trust someone who disnt vother calling when they dont make good on their time frame. The saw I was a medical M user started talking about how much pot The journeyman smoked made me xoncerned how serious they would take their wiring job when they show up making jokes about it being close to 420 then cant work past 4pm....
