Listen... I hate giving this store my business!!! The workers make you feel inconvenient as if asking for shoes is a huge bother. The past 2 hoodies I have bought my sons have come unraveled at the pocket with a week of purchase. The ONLY 2 reasons I still shop there is #1 the Nike 270s #2 I believe in supporting local businesses. Im not sure what y'all need to do to help the employees learn that they can make or break a business. Over the past 10 years there have only been 2 really good & attentive employees; one was an old employee, Kathy, and the most recent is a guy who is employed there now, Darrell Moody. All of the employees need to take page from his book when it comes to customer service. Those 2 really did make a difference unfortunately it's only been 2.nnUPDATE:nThe staff seems to have really picked up its customer service. I have been in twice and have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were greeted and by how quickly there were to help find things. Bravo!

This place was great! First time going. The employees were relatable and very helpful. It's a bit pricey, but I noticed that everything is higher quality than the Show Dept or any other average store.

Browsed through the store once. Overpriced on some things, accurately on others that I still couldn't afford. Staff was friendly, but I decided to burn some cals by walking .10 miles to Walmart and spending less. This Hibbits location is asking for trouble by being so close to a competitor, but always remember, you get what you pay for.
