Great place to shop. Proper protocol in place per Covid. Nice to see. Great staff, friendly.
Always helpful employees. Prices are a tiny bit high but the deals are great! The quality of the clothes is good.
Doesn't have a lot of the things they advertise. And some departments look like the store is closing. I asked and they said it is not.
I was waiting at the perfume dept. for service, no one asked me did I need help. After standing waiting, a male gentleman walked up after me, and the rep. immediately asked did he need any help, he responded no. I continue to wait, only after about 2 minutes later waiting for assistance; then she asked did I need help. If I didn't come into that store with the purpose of buying some Chanel no.5; I would have walked out, empty handed. What poor customer service! It will be a while before I return there.
