Staff are always courteous and helpful. Everything when great until we tried to get the refrigerator into the hall to the inside storage unit. The door is not big enough even with the handles off. I had to pay extra storage with the movers until I find a new location. Otherwise all went great.
This place is great. The lady Dana was very nice and showed so much energy. I will recommend this place 100%. The customer service was just outstanding. Give Ms Dana a raise or something. She really went out her way to get me the parking area I needed
Bryan is one of the nicest, most helpful persons I have come in contact with in this move. His professionalism is unmatched, but at the same time he is personable. I have enjoyed getting to know him!
Bryan is the manager and he’s awesome! Very professional and personable. I’ve enjoyed my experience there the facility is nice and clean since he started.
