On 9-23-20 my radiator suddenly developed a major crack. wanted to get it home to White that afternoon but couldn't as I deal in cash only and this establishment deals in credit or debit cards only. Ok no biggie except it was only 10 minutes to close of business so I let him know that I would return the following day after I deposited some money to my bank account. The next day I got there to rent the tow dolly BUT U-Haul (not this establishment but cooperate themselves said that the towing capacity of the Toyota tundra that my friend owns was not heavy enough to tow my 05 Chrysler town and country. The two people I dealt with at Cartersville Mini Storage (the owner and an employee) were extremely professional, polite and understanding of my situation and tried their best to fix it so we could rent the dolly....cooperate said NO NO NO....I did find another friend that has a Dodge Ram 1 ton and I was able to rent the dolly to get my van home to get repaired but the two people I dealt with took a bad situation for me and turned doing business with them into a PLEASENT situation. Every time I need to rent U-Haul I will either rent it from them (if the move is local) or I will return it to them if I had to rent out of state. AWESOME JOB YOU TWO....BE SAFE AND GOD BLESS

This business is fraudulently advertising “1 month free” on a large billboard on their property. After being billed for my second month of storage I called to ask about the special. The female in the office was very rude and lacked any customer service skills. After calling and leaving a message for management several times I finally received a call back 2 weeks later and was told they intend to remove the sign-it has been left in place from the former owner! The sign has been advertised for over a month that I know of, and has the same phone number printed as the current business. Regardless, the advertisement should be honored as long as it is up. I am filling a claim with consumer protection services of GA and suggest other customers do the same. This is a very shady and unscrupulous practice. Shame on the management here!
