I’ll begin by noting that I called this firm twice and shared personal details of my case only to get radio silence on the other end. I understand the conundrum attorneys find themselves in, the cost-benefit analysis that goes into the undertaking of a client and where that benefit must exist.nnPerhaps I should have done a better job of explicitly stating this understanding so that at the least, this law firm would’ve had the decency to contact me back. Or maybe I should have expressed that I, much like them do not like my time wasted.nnThe attorney I spoke to Corrie, made it evident that she wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. Unlike other firms I spoke to she did not even take the time to fully understand the details of my case. Rather she asked me to simply supply her my police report, and I was to assume that all deductive reasoning would be conducted upon review.nnI want to paint a picture to anyone considering this firm of what I received, and I want it to be clear that I’m not some disgruntled person. I usually post reviews to the positive but I felt it necessary in a place of vulnerability to share my very negative experience. At best so that this attorney really reconsiders the way she conducts business.nnIf someone reaches out to you, with private and sensitive information. Have the decency to call or reply back to an email and say -“Hey, sorry...cannot or this is why” otherwise your silence is both neglectful and outright disrespectful.nnI chose to call this firm at a vulnerable time, after going through pages of personal injury attorney’s reviews. This was both disappointing and quite honestly a little embarrassing for me. To have to find myself posting something due to an interaction is absolutely draining.nnCare about the people, the situations they’re encompassing and be better.

Glenda and her team took amazing care of me after my vehicle accident. Very friendly staff always available to answer any and all questions. I highly recommend them.
