Beautiful childrens clothing at very reasonable prices. Their customer service is the best!! Post office tore up a delivery and they replaced it immediately! Will continue to buy these sweet outfits for my great granddaughter!!
Extremely disappointing !!!!! I never leave a bad review but I don't want anyone to experience what I have. I ordered matching Christmas pajamas for my grandchildren in October from what seemed to be a reputable company. The order said they would ship *late November *. I have reached out twice & they assured me I would receive an email when they ship. It's now December 3 & nothing. Even if by miracle they were to ship today it would be mid December before we get them. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Smockingbird ever again.
I have bought 4 dresses and every dress has been of top quality. The customer service is phenomenal and look forward to our next order.
Wow! I returned an item due to sizing problem and inquired about it at almost 9pm on a week night and Erika wrote me back within minutes to let me know it had been received and that I was issued store credit! That's great customer service.... And they have THE CUTEST STUFF!
