I wish I could give 0 stars. Consistently failing when it comes to mobile orders. Nobody at this store is trained correctly on how to process a mobile order. This has happened to my family 3 times now! AVOID THIS LOCATION.

I will never understand how hard it is to comprehend extra Mayo. You don’t even have to do extra work by putting it in the sandwich, you could just place packets In the bag. But I guess that is also too hard to understand. Working at this location has to be hard because every time I come through, something is my order is messed up. And I am sick and tired of driving back and having it fixed. Do better

I did a mobile order had to go up to window and ask about my order. Then it took 30 minutes to get my order, they didn't bring it all out and the fries were cold. This was my third time mobile ordering the other times were good. They didn't offer me anything or apologize that it took too long.

Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes just to get to the monitor and wait 5 more before we had to initiate the conversation and said hello. No exaggeration on time, we literally clocked it.Only got an apology and asked to still wait, which we did for 3 more minutes then left because we still weren't served. They claimed to have over 10 orders on their screen thats why it was taking so long but their lobby was closed and by this time there was only about 5 cars actually waiting for food. Others behind us had already left the line and people infront of us left as well.. Probably lost a lot of customers that night. Will not return.

I Love McDonald's ud83dudc98nBig Mac's, Quarter pounders, etc. French fries are the best! And apple pies, ice cream. We love it , family or alone time.
