The best pharmacists! They take the time to listen to your questions and explain things for you. Very helpful and friendly. I feel like I'm treated as a friend and not a customer. Turnaround times are short from a prescription being called to ready for pick-up. Highly recommend.
Never answer the pharmacy phone, workers are rude and act as though you calling and checking on your prescription isn’t part of their job description and it’s a hassle to help. Worst pharmacy in Tri-Cities. Block away from my house but I will be switching to somewhere further away because the convince isn’t worth it anymore.

Great service but HORRIBLY understaffed!!!!!!!! And no one ever answers the phone if you try to call and speak with someone in the pharmacy.
If you're in a hurry to drop off or pick up a prescription you better not come here! I was the only car in the drive thru picking up and still sat there for 20 minutes while the guy helped people inside and walked off to do some thing else. I asked if there was a problem and the pharmacist stated it was only 1 person working both the counter and drive thru!! So glad I switched all my family to Malley's. They have more than 1 person working there!!
