Walgreens

Was told by one of the pharmacy techs that I would receive a text when my things were ready. And of course I never received that text and then when I come back an hour and a half later their pharmacy is closed for lunch. Why do they have to all take their lunch at the same time. I’m currently sitting in the parking lot for another fifteen minutes waiting for them to open back up. Would also like to point out that she gave me attitude when I accidentally gave her the wrong phone number and asked her to change it. I wasn’t even mean about it I even apologized for saying it incorrectly. Sorry to inconvenience you doing your job.

Was literally picking up a prescription at the window as the pharmacist closed the gate for lunch. Customer service here is horrible. They are rude and honestly mess up every order. Update. 138 pm still waiting on them to return from lunch at 130 pm. How about get a reliable customer service based staff or shut down.

One of the slowest pharmacies probably in existence. There will be 5 people standing and only 1 person helping customers. Drive through is incredibly slow as well. 20 minute wait for a single car. Then there’s flu shots. They were advertising them like crazy, you go inside and wait in their incredibly slow line just to be told they’re not giving them because they’re too busy. Which then goes back to the standing around comment. Whoever the manager is for the pharmacy should be let go. We are now going to switch even though it will be a farther drive.

I actually LOVE this pharmacy and it’s staff. We moved here 6/19 and have been able to get my kids vaccinations, I have even had the pharmacist call to verify the right medications. We won’t go anywhere else!
