Excellent, reasonably priced service. I was able to have the eighteen year old torsion springs on our garage door replaced the same day as my order and in an amazingly efficient 40 minutes. Kudos to Hector and Overhead Door.

To Whom it May Concern:nOn time response to appointment. Estimate of service needed, and costninvolved was appropriate, and acceptable. Service technician (Derek) very well trained, and knowledgeable of problem encountered. Explanations of work being done very clear. I would recommend Derek to any, and all of my friends should they need service on their garage door. His professionalism, and technical expertise, in repairing our garage door was noticed and appreciated. Such amazing service from our Service Tech today. Garage door spring broke over the the Thanksgiving weekend, set an appt on Monday afternoon had service the next day. Requested a new door opener Tech found only a broken spring. Repaired both springs and also replaced the door opener.nCould not resist doing both since the total price was in the budget for what we wanted.nThank you Hector for a great service call. Amazing job as well Overhead Door Co. of Daytona Beach.

Had a low level emergency over the weekend. Called 8:30 am on MLK Day Monday, expecting to only receive voicemail. To my pleasant surprise, connected with real person. Was able to submit problem and have a tech at my home, with the problem solved, within 2 hours. Top notch service. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much.

Never got the estimate... A tech came to do the estimate, he was knowledge and very nice, I wrote my email address down to send the estimate. 5 days went by with no response. I called on the 5th day in the morning to make sure they had the correct email, the receptionist took it down again and said she would have the tech get it to me asap. The next day, still nothing, I called again, they put me though to the techs cell phone, I left a message, still hadn't heard from them the next day, so I went with another company.
