Great experience today picking up toys I ordered online. Never even had to step in the store. Fantastic customer service by a hardworking young man taking care of curbside pickup
The product I wanted in the fresh refrigerated area was purchased. The Customer Care staff assisted me especially a woman named Ileana. She assisted me by phone before I took Dial a Ride to shop for the product I needed. FreshPet Cat food.
They have everything I need.The store is nicely laid out.My daughter and I get hooked on the dollar section right when you walk in,lol.
We pulled up and were trying to download app on phone to contact store since I had ordered on my iPad at home. Associate came out to deliver to a car that pulled up right after us. Then he came to us with cart and we explained that we were trying to download app. He asked our name and what we ordered. He asked us to pull up front and he ran in and got it for us very quickly. He was very polite and there to make our experience great. Thank you. I'm sorry I did not get his name. He deserves recognition.
