This business is in dire need of customer service training, and better ownership. An employee wrote my card number down (their card reader was not working on this day) and to take my good will even further I offered to write my number on a sticky note in case something happened and they were not able to charge my card when the machine was fixed. About a week later I get a phone call, the call had terrible reception and I could not hear so I hung up. I then get a call from a DIFFERENT phone number which I ignore because it is noon on a Thursday and I am at work. I get harassed 7 time by this phone number and ignore it each time. Because again, I was busy. I then get a threatening text message from this store *pictured below* telling me that I did not pay for my items, my card was declined and threatening to call the police on me. I call back and speak with the owner. She was horribly unprofessional, rude, would not let me speak and continued to accuse me of trying to get away with not paying for my items. I finally get her to stop talking long enough to explain that their employee must have written the card number down incorrectly, which she immediately denied and deemed impossible. We finally figure out that her employee DID indeed write my card number down incorrectly. This company refused to even entertain the idea that the mistake may have been on their end and immediately resorted to assuming the worst of a very loyal customer. I am offended, disappointed, and urge everyone to take their business elsewhere as this is just not a business built on accountability and good intention.

I go here for every homecoming, and they have so many beautiful dresses! The staff has been super helpful as well.

Highly recommend this store! OUTSTANDING customer service, with a nice, clean atmosphere. They have a great selection of dresses, as well as tops, skirts, jewelry and such... After visiting 20+ stores, I found my dream dress (and in my budget) at Image. They were kind enough to hold it for me, and I was able to buy my dress without being pushed or pressured. We (my mom and I) had a GREAT experience with Image, and you will too!
