Extremely friendly staff that does things right the first time and efficiently. I don't look forward to a collision but should I have another this is going to be my first choice. Great job with the repair to the rear end after being rear-ended.

I cannot say enough about working with Louise at the collision center at Coggin Ford! She is amazing! Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. The work done at the collision center is excellent. The repairs made have been flawless. I will definitely go to the collision center for any future work that needs to be done! I highly recommend them!

Stay away from here. Had two car repairs there and the last one I have yet to get back. The staff do not follow up with owner on repairs. I have been given the run around for over 6 weeks as to repair date. Was suppose to have been ready i Thursday and no one called. I wait till fri and no one called and now it's sat and they are closed. Still no car. They over charge insurance company and this is unacceptable. They have horrible horrible customer service. I can't even get in touch with anyone to find my car
