I love their products and as love as you dont have to call them for anything the service is great .But the over the phone customer service Is terrible. I called to get more details on an email I received to process my billing [ my shipping and billing is different] it was not noticed or it was not option at the time I place the order. I informed Nate Customer Success Specialist this and he turns into an Sarcastic a# hole . I could not of missed the billing information .Tells to just read the email and just blows me out the rest of the conversation. Hopefully I won't have to call again on my next order
