Worst 7-11 experience in my life. After checking out, I checked my receipt and noticed that I hadn’t been given the advertised discount on a particular item, and that I had been charged for another item that I decided not to buy after being told it wasn’t discounted (despite the advertising). I went back in to explain this and the cashier became furious, pointing at the receipt repeatedly. “I no give you discount.” I asked why not, and he said “I don’t know” and was very dismissive. My total was 21.66. Another cashier came over, insisting that I didn’t understand. I said I wanted to return everything. He recalculated everything and the total came to 19.44. They were asking each other what was missing, shrugging. In the end I was only refunded 19.44. The cashier crumpled up my original receipt onto a ball and handed it to me, saying “you go!” Pointing at the door.nI’ll be contacting my bank to have the charge reversed and seeking to get in touch with the mgmt there.

I bought a scratch off and it won the cashier told me it was a no winner and i ask her back for it she tore it .i took it to a different 7 11 and they said it was already paid out so she took my money.and they dont know how to deal with their customers..
None of the staff were wearing masking or washing their hands after touching the doors. One cashier was standing outside the door blowing smoke as I left with my children.
Do not use this 7-Eleven they do not have working bathroom facilities the workers there cannot wash their hands if you do not have work in facilities it’s impossible for you to wash your hands and provide clean good customer service.
