I'm a health care professional and recieved points in ford pass for a free oil change. 11000 points were given to me by Ford which equated to $55. Either Ford shorted me or GYF Quick Lane is overpriced for I still owed $3. Then after I was home I noticed the receipt listed the wrong weight oil for my F150. After leaving a message for a manager I received no return call. I called a few days later and a manager assured me correct oil was put in, but who knows! To top it all it was a 2.5 hour wait on a Monday afternoon. Not so quick lane maybe.
every time I bring my vehicles there they caused damage to it. Last time they busted my radiator and made me pay for it. I will never go there again.

Who the hell puts inside weights on the outside of a rim?!!! I had to remind the tech 2 times to check the air pressure and gress the front end of my truck. Well, he never did the grees work. Needless to say, I will never go back to your establishment.
Had an issue with a coolant change performed by Quick Lane, as at the Ford Dealership you aspect EXCELLENCY AND BEYOND; believe it or not, I found that; they replaced the wrong color and under request refunded the money entirely no questions asked. Excellent service and quality, will come back as I feel they stand on their word and use only FORD ORIGINAL PARTS AND FLUIDS.
