Great service as always! Have been a client of this facility for 4 years now and have had exceptional experience not only with the storage units but from the staff. Nick in particular has always looked out and helped whenever a situation presented itself! Looking forward to continuing our membership!
I spent about 8 hours at public storage today and had such an excellent experience because of Nick. I had such a large unit and wanted to clean it out to downsize. He went over and beyond to make the transition an easy one. From lending us a broom, a cart to move our stuff! He made sure we stayed hydrated while I’m the hot sun all day by coming and giving us water. The move was a great one! Nick, we appreciate all your help today! Thank you

Great experience. Rented a large Climate controlled unit for a little less than a month. Super easy process in and out, very clean unit and excellent customer service from Nick.
They have this new property manager who is nick. I was moving my stuff out today because of the disrespectful property manager that was their before but because of his great customer service we will remain customers. Thank you Nick. I work at publix so customer service is everything to me.this guy is truly amazing
