Quick and easy to get a storage unit. More expensive than I thought it would be, but that's life. Seems clean and well kept.

Convenient location on Beneva Road, just South of Fruitville Road. Hide-Away Storage is climate controlled with many walk-in storage spaces where you can store your clothes on hangers easily visible when you need them. Prices are reasonable and Kimberly Navarro is just wonderful, kind and patient . I can recommend this Storage Company and giving it 5 star rating.

I had to rent a storage quickly and move out of my place at the start of the covid-19 pandemic because I was furloughed. I picked Hide-a-way storage because the rates were VERY reasonable and upon arriving at the facility I also discovered that the inside facility was entirely climate controlled, which I then knew my things would be kept in good condition. The facility is super clean and I didn't see any rodent droppings or bugs, they provide carts, clothes racks and Dolly's which are left in the hallways and there's even a clean bathroom m/f when you need a potty break! To seal the deal Terry the manager is SUPER AWESOME (love her) she really took care of me understanding my situation and was really helpful with selecting the best size unit for my things. I would definitely rent from there again when the time comes - and I'll most likely be putting Terry on my holiday card list, thank you so much!

They are real people with common sense and are willing to work with you to make your move in, stay, or move out easy! Don't be afraid to ask! Someone always answers the phone or gets back to you asap. This may be a big corporation, but it's run by people who truly value your business!

I went in today to find a bigger space for my storage, I was explaining my situation and the property manager Terry tells me it none of her business, she didn't sleep good the night before and was really rude to me today.nI'm so disappointed with customer service given by the property manager. She should know better
