I am very impressed with Hide-Away storage. The facility on 17th St in Sarasota is top notch. The unit was pristine. I kept fine furniture there for 7 months and had zero issues. The manager, Kimberly is terrific. The prices are very competitive.
I had a great experience with Hide-Away Storage on 17th street in Sarasota. The manager Michael La Rocco was very accommodating. We were moving from out of state and arriving on a Sunday, when the office is normally closed. Michael went above and beyond and made our Sunday move in possible. Again, very pleased.
Michael was terrific and assisted us with relocating from one unit to another when our needs changed, and made the transition as seamless as possible. The entire staff is very helpful, the facility is clean and secure.
the staff was friendly the gentleman took care of us was very efficient and knowing about the storage units and he was just an all-around good guy that knew what he was doing and it was business
They really did a great job at working with me thru the tough process of constantly having to change my closing date, which made me have to call them multiple times to push back my reservation. They're very friendly and the Uhaul trucks they have available are a bonus too.
