My roommate and I need to store some odds and ends while we were in the process of moving. Brian was extremely helpful and proficient.in dealing with our situation. The property is kept in amazing shape compared to other storage facilities I have seen. Very clean inside and out. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
John was extremely helpful as I rented storage space, and he made it easy for me and the movers bringing my furniture. On that very busy morning, he showed the movers the logistics of getting the tractor trailer into the yard, dealt with the city truck emptying the dumpsters, and assisted other customers who had complicated problems. When we asked about the ceiling light in the storage unit, he came up immediately to change the light bulb. All of this made my moving experience much easier than it might otherwise have been.
I rented a unit a while ago. I recently had been through some tough times and needed somewhere safe and clean to store my things. I was always skeptical of leaving my valuables in places like this. I told the manager I would leave a review but I got caught up in life and forgot. Anyway the place was AMAZING! It definitely was clean and the manager, Brian, was of great help. He assured me my things would be safe and put my mind at ease. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit as I would return there if needed.
John Jones was amazing. He helped every step of the way. I had move due to an environmental issue. I was stressed out and John was informative and kind. He helped me determine the size of the unit needed as well as provided storage tips and names of moving companies that could assist me.nI work as a concierge in downtown Sarasota where I also live. John was so helpful that I have recommended the Lock Up to my neighbors and residents. I have utmost faith that my belongings will be safe and my best interest will be of utmost importance.nI believe that Lock Up is privileged to have such a fine individual representing them.nKudos to John. I hope that he is rewarded handsomely.
I have been here two years and the facility is excellent. The new manager, Yi, is very helpful and very professional. The climate control in the hot Florida summer was perfect. I recommend this lock up.
