I must say, when I went to the bank today I was quite annoyed. I'd been trying to do online banking and kept running into problems. luckily, Terry took the time to sit down with me and go over the things I was trying to do and managed to fix every one of my concerns. I was really impressed with her knowledge and patience and she didn't call me stupid once.nTerry and Melissa are first rate employees.
I wish I could give zero stars for the branch on ISB. The wait at the drive through is regularly extremely long. Each time the bank associate is very nice and they apologize for the wait time. I appreciate that they acknowledge it but it would be so great if they would staff appropriately. This is a reoccurring problem, I appreciate there will be occasions when traffic is high and staff is short. Yesterday there were two lanes open and one car in each lane when I arrived. After waiting 20 minutes and not even moving up to send in my single deposit I had to leave......I make this stop for my job and I’ll definitely be advocating for a change in banks. Headed out to make the deposit now....wish me luck! Hopefully I won’t be there all morning:)nnIn response: I didn’t return to the ISB location but rather went to Port Orange. The teller apologized that there were a couple customers in front of me inside the branch and that it would be a few minutes. There were other customers in the other two open drive through lanes as well. However, my deposit was processed quickly and I was probably there a total of less than 10 minutes.
Great banking but plan accordingly for drive thru as the wait is ALWAYS long. ATM's are slower than others as well, IF it's working.
Went to their branch to open an account and they were really helpful. Got the accounts set up quickly and printed my debit card on the spot. Switched from Wells Fargo to them bc after reviewing my banking over the course of a year wells had charged me over $300 in fees for simple accounts and transactions when I never overdrafted or had a negative balance or anything and they don't offer free checks or money orders and didn't even have a notary at the branch I used you pay for everything at wells. Already glad I switched the vibe is much smaller and friendlier I watched a teller great someone by name and chat like old friends. I don't make many reviews but I'd highly suggest you check them out especially if you have wells fargo bc they are taking small fees from your account that they don't tell you about and you've probably lost hundreds like me and never knew when Vystar will give you a free account today.
I am so Happy with my Service Today! I'm from North Florida and came to Daytona to look at a Motorcycle. I went in to do a wire transfer for some other Business and got to talking to Steffany about why I was in town. She asked who was going to do my Financing? I said i had not thought about it. She said let's see what we can do. Long story short she got me financing on my new bike and Refinanced my vehicle saving me a ton of Money. I left so Pumped it totally made my day!!! Sometimes it just takes someone wanting to help and I felt she wanted to Help Me and she DID!!! Thank You!!!
